Mark Started Mark Daniels over 10 years ago, (after studying patisserie with Kirsten Tibbles in Melbourne,) operating from a small home kitchen in Samford, supplying desserts and sweet treats to local cafes.

​Mark Daniel’s is a locally owned and family-run business, with our Head Chef/Owner Mark at the forefront of pastry operations, alongside his wife, Kelly, and mother, Julie.
Together, we are proud to serve the Gold Coast community and share our family recipes with our valued customers.
Coffee is the other side to our business that we take seriously, serving up Gold Coasts’ local Black Board Coffee Roasters ethically sourced range of specialty coffee blends, along side a range of other delicious hot and cold drinks.

Our passion has grown from tireless nights of menu creation and taste testing, and lives within each mouth-watering offering. We have a relentless desire to produce the perfect dessert that our customers can enjoy at our cafe, or take home to their family.
With croissants and macarons that are sure to tantalise your taste buds, our goal is that you enjoy your experience at our cafe and share these moments with your loved ones.
